The fine print, writ plain.

Who we are. OSSE Studio ("OSSE°", "we") operates ossestudio.ca from Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. By using this site or placing an order you agree to these terms. These terms don't limit any rights you have under Canadian consumer protection law.

Products and prices. Prices are in Canadian dollars and exclude applicable taxes, which are shown before you pay. We work in small batches; if something sells out after you order, we'll tell you promptly and refund in full. Numbered pieces are limited editions — numbers are assigned in order of purchase and can't be requested.

Shipping. Free across Canada on orders over C$120; otherwise a flat rate shown at checkout. Everything ships in paper and fiber packaging — zero plastic. Risk passes to you on delivery.

Returns. Sixty days from delivery, worn once or not at all, in original condition. Return shipping is free within Canada. Refunds go to the original payment method within 3–5 business days of the piece arriving back. Small goods marked as personal-care items (oils, brushes) can be returned only unopened.

Repairs, for life. The five garments carry a lifetime repair promise: email a photo, we send a prepaid paper label, we mend it. Fair wear is repaired free; damage beyond repair earns you a discount toward its replacement. The promise applies to the original owner and survives no receipt — the woven label inside is enough.

Your content, our content. Everything on this site — text, photography, the OSSE° mark and the degree device — belongs to us or our licensors. Don't reuse it commercially without asking. When Indigenous artwork appears through the Artist Series, copyright remains with the artist.

The unavoidable paragraph. The site is provided as-is; we don't promise it will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, our liability for anything arising from the site or an order is limited to the amount you paid us. Nothing here excludes liability where the law says it can't be excluded.

Law. These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada. Disputes go to the courts of British Columbia — though writing to studio@ossestudio.ca first is faster, and we answer everyone. This version: July 2026.
