Who we are. OSSE Studio ("OSSE°", "we") presents ossestudio.ca from Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. These terms apply to use of the current pre-launch website and do not limit rights that cannot legally be limited.
Pre-launch catalogue. Checkout is not live and the site does not currently accept orders or payment. Product names, images, prices, edition sizes, materials, origin and availability are working information and may change before sales open. Final terms will appear before an order can be placed.
Shipping and returns. The site may describe planned shipping thresholds or return periods, but no shipping or return service is active while checkout is unavailable. Binding fulfilment terms will be shown before payment is accepted.
Repairs. References to repair mean an assessment service, not a lifetime warranty or promise of free repair. Eligibility, price, shipping and timing depend on the item and damage and must be confirmed in writing.
Your content, our content. Site text, licensed photography, the OSSE° mark and the degree device belong to OSSE° or their respective licensors. Do not reuse them commercially without permission. No artist collaboration is currently represented as live.
The unavoidable paragraph. The site is provided as-is; we don't promise it will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, our liability for anything arising from the site or an order is limited to the amount you paid us. Nothing here excludes liability where the law says it can't be excluded.
