The short version. This is a pre-launch website. Checkout is not live, and the on-page contact and newsletter forms do not currently transmit information to OSSE°. You can contact the studio directly by email.
What is collected now. Information you send by email is received through the email provider you choose. Vercel may process limited technical and visit information needed to host and measure the site, such as IP address, device information, referring page and page views, subject to its own documentation and configuration.
Local bag. Items saved to the bag are stored in your own browser using local storage. They are not an order and are not sent to OSSE°.
Service providers. The current site is hosted by Vercel. No payment processor or shipping carrier is connected to the website yet. This policy will be updated before those services go live.
Retention. The website does not currently create newsletter or order records. Email correspondence may be retained as reasonably needed to answer the enquiry or meet legal obligations.
Your questions. To ask about personal information associated with an email enquiry, write to studio@ossestudio.ca. Requests are subject to applicable law and any records that must be retained.
Changes. If this policy changes, the new version appears here with a new date. This version: July 2026.
