Of soil, sea, evergreen
The colour system begins with the coast around Vancouver: stone, marine fog, cedar, river clay and dark water. These are references, not claims that pigments or fibres were sourced from those places.
Six places, six colours
Bone is the warm unbleached-looking neutral. Ink recalls a north Pacific night: rain on the seawall, no moon. Cedar follows the deep green of the coastal canopy.
Clay comes from the riverbank where the Fraser meets the salt. Fog is the marine layer that sits on English Bay until noon. And Pacific is the open water past the last island — deep, cold, calm.
Colour needs a record
Dye method, chemistry and finishing are product facts, not mood-board language. Those details will be published only after supplier documentation is reviewed; until then, the palette names describe appearance and inspiration only.
